G B S is part of the original Killerwatt Sound which came to Notting Hill in 1978 and was based on the slope at the junction of Tavistock Road and All Saints Road. This was made infamous by the Iconic record cover for “This Is Ska -The famous and infamous”(as seen below ). Later on as the dynamics of Notting Hill carnival changed over the years – Killerwatt moved up on to St. Lukes Road and  as they say the rest is history.
